Description:
– Assist the Restaurant manager on the business performance of the restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety, and guest satisfaction with consistent execution
– Works with the Restaurant manager to create daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
– The ability to maintain close positive engagement with direct subordinates
Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial position in fine dining restaurants
– Must have experience of working for International brands
– Hands-on experience and knowledge in managing staff
– Experience in China is a plus
– Good command in English and Chinese
– Execellent communication and interpersonal skills
